The following exercise is great for toning up the hamstrings and the butt, and can be done with only minimal workout space and equipment. Start by sitting on the ground and placing your heals on the top of the ball.

Execution: Keeping your hands on the ground and your arms strait you will thrust your hips up extending the hips. Slowly exhale as you fulling extend the hips. As your hips thrust up keep the knees extended. At the top of the movement you will flex and squeeze the butt. Inhale and slowly return to starting position. Repeat for the desired reps. ![]()
Comments: When first attempting this have someone hold the ball. This exercise can also me performed with the feet on a bench. For information on working with me one-on-one visit www.DaveDePewPersonalTraining.com.
