Results are achieved with just about any type of diet and exercise program. The biggest part of your success in any program is your ability to maintain consistency and progression. Missed workouts or a lack of drive and motivation is not likely to produce the sort of results you desire. If you are looking for a truly dramatic body transformation, you want to stay on Track! You might need to start out on the bunny slopes, but you never want to lose sight of the fact that it takes hard work to get a hard body. That being said you also want to make sure you're progressing at the appropriate level. Start by meeting with me and discuss your workout and nutrition plans. Having baseline test performed is always a good idea. Together we can properly assess your current fitness level with a standard fitness assessment and body fat testing. I have many fitness and nutrition programs to help those who want to get the most out of their body. All you need do is ask! You are here on my blog because you have a desire to develop a workout program or change your nutritional habits. You are smart and understand a great workout will help you get the most out of your body. In addition you know good clean eating makes you feel better. That being said we all still need the support to go the journey! I have plenty of meal plans to provide you an understanding of portion control, what foods are best packed with nutrients and still low in calories, the strategies for stabilizing your blood sugar preventing food cravings and opportunistic fat storage, and the right balance of foods that will get you the results you are after without leaving you feeling deprived. I have several fitness programs that run over 5 days a week, workouts both morning and evenings, combining all sorts of training for optimum results and even exercise manuals so you can workout in the privacy of your home or while you travel. If you have even as little as 10 minutes per day then I have a way for you to add exercise into your life and have you progresses to your goals. Regardless if you're looking for the fastest, most dramatic body transformation that is safe for you, or you need help taking the first step towards a new healthy lifestyle... I can help you succeed! Here is what you ultimately need to be targeting: Cardio Interval Training (anything that gets yourheart rate up to 80% or 85% max heart rate and allows you to keep it there, such as running, biking, jumping rope) -- 20 to 30 minutes per day, 3-5 days a week Abdominal Training (anything that works the abdominals, such as crunches, leg raises, seated twist) -- 15 to 20 minutes, 3-5 days a week Full Body Strength Training with free weights or resistance bands -- your strength training should work ALL your muscles, not just the arms. Some good examples are: push-ups, pull-ups, squat, rowing, etc.) - 30 to 45 minutes per day, 3-5days a week
