I help operators build the systems they should have built years ago.
Strength culture. Business systems. AI-augmented operations. 32 years in. Still in.
What I’m working on
Grinder Gym
The 19-year independent strength gym in San Diego where the methodology gets tested daily. Same operator, since 2007.
Executive Coaching
1-on-1 work with gym owners and male business operators tired of being the bottleneck. Three tiers, hard caps, application-only.

What I really am
I know what it feels like to build something up… only to burn it back down yourself. Not because you’re lazy. Not because you aren’t capable. Because you became the bottleneck.
I lived in that cycle for years. Bankrupt. Six figures in debt. Running a gym that depended entirely on me showing up every day. At 51 years old, I finally learned the thing nobody had taught me in 32 years of coaching: you do not scale by working harder. You scale by building systems that remove yourself from low-level operational dependency.
In roughly 3 months, business revenue tripled. My wife and I took a real vacation together for the first time in nearly 30 years. That mattered more than the money.
