Your Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect about you and how we use it
- Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Delete the personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions
- Correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
Information We Collect
The categories of personal information we may collect are described in our Privacy Policy. In general, this includes information you provide through forms, such as name, email, and phone number, and information collected automatically, such as IP address, device information, and usage data.
We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may use analytics and advertising services that share certain usage information, and you have the right to opt out of any such sharing.
How to Exercise Your Rights
To make a request to know, access, delete, or correct your information, or to opt out of sharing, contact us at dave@davedepew.com. We will verify your identity before fulfilling your request and will respond within the time required by law. You may also authorize someone to make a request on your behalf.
No Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your California privacy rights. You will receive the same service and the same pricing whether or not you exercise these rights.
