Coaching is application only. I work with a limited number of operators at a time. That’s not a marketing line. It’s how I keep the quality of attention high enough to be worth what you’ll pay for it.
It’s built for operators running $500K to $10M a year. That’s the range where the bottleneck problem is expensive enough to be worth fixing with outside help, and where the operator still has their hands on the machine. You built the thing. Now the thing needs you to stop being its ceiling.
If you’re under $500K, I’m not going to take your money. What you need at that stage is reps and a playbook, and I publish those every week for free. Start with the newsletter and come back when the number’s bigger. It will be.
If you’re over $10M, you don’t need a coach. You need an operating partner or an executive team, and I’ll tell you that on the call.
